Enter the prefix to your email address,
all characters that appear before the "@" symbol in your email address.
For example if your email address is johndoe@uci.edu your Login Name is johndoe.
Enter the password your would normally use to access your email at work for Eudora. The actual letters are concealed for your privacy.
"incorrect password or account name"
This error will occur if you either
a. Entered an incorrect Login
Name
b. Entered an incorrect Password

if your need help remembering your password.
"too many failed logins"
This error will occur if your login has failed 7 times in a row. Simply close the web browser and open it again to try logging in the system. (Note: Make sure the caps lock key and num lock key is not on).
